Jon Taberner

Jon joined MSL in 2016 as part of the Verteda acquisition and was then appointed General Manager of Global Customer Support in October 2018, where he is now responsible for overall customer success and satisfaction, managing the global customer support teams in Australia, UK and Denmark.

Jon holds engineering, electronic engineering, and computer science qualifications and is a veteran in the software industry. Having worked in his field for more than sixteen years, he has a proven record of building strong relationships with organisations and individuals alike. In the last five, he selected, built and created process around a new support platform, whilst building teams who became leaders in their field, standing out above the competition by providing outstanding technical support at the most critical times.
