New MPower MSL CEO Pat Howard appointed to lead growth strategy

(BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA 3 September 2019): MSL (ASX:MPW), the global leader in delivering customer experience for the sports, leisure and hospitality industry, has appointed Pat Howard as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

“Pat is the right person to lead MSL to the next stage of growth,” said retiring Chairman John Down. “He is a strong, dynamic and values-driven leader with an impressive track record of delivering consistent high-quality performance. Pat will focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences to deliver long-term growth and value creation for both our customers and shareholders.”

Pat possesses over 20 years’ executive experience across property, retail and the sports industry. He is the Co-Founder of Rx Management, which manages 17 pharmacies, and was previously the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Cromwell Property Group . MSL is the perfect combination of those previous experiences.

Craig Kinross will remain actively involved in the company as Director of Strategy, initially based out of the UK targeting key strategic growth opportunities. He will continue to assist the company with long-term strategy and customer advocacy. Craig served as MSL’s CEO for 7 years and helped grow the company to what it is today with 2500+ customers globally.
